Climber Company Meeting 2022
For many years, you’ve asked to go skiing on our company meeting. The challenge with this has been that our company meeting takes place in August, but Climbers as we are we always find solutions to challenging problems! The answer to this one is the lovely Tux valley located in the Tyrol in Austria, with the Hintertux glacier only a few kilometers away. If you’re not into skiing you can go hiking or just enjoy the beautiful nature.

You’ll organise your own transport to and from your local airport and submit as expenses. Shared transport is recommended. From Munich to Tux, and back, air shuttles will be taking care of us. If you’re not planning to travel with the group as above, please contact Erica as soon as possible.
Clothing & Equipment
On the mountain: The average temperature on the glacier during the summer months is 0 – 8 degrees Celsius, if the weather is bad it may snow. In the high mountains it’s recommended to wear warm ski clothing. We’ve arranged that you can rent ski equipment, just add that to the signup form below. If not skiing, recommended is to wear outdoor clothing and hiking shoes.
In the valley: The average temperature is 20 – 25 degrees Celsius. The dress code is business casual in the afternoon and formal in the evening. You may bring swimwear as well for the free time.

On the airplane you’re allowed to bring:
1x Checked-in bag, max 23 kg
1x Carry-on baggage, max 8 kg
